Saturday evening, surf anglers whooped up on the Stripers at Graveling Point and Pebble Beach. There will be a crowd down there again this evening.
Boaters didn't find any action out in front of the Point today.
Little Egg Inlet anglers had opposite stories to tell Some caught six and eight and several had limit catches in the box with other throwbacks. Then there was the crowd that couldn't buy a bass. No news on any action other then the Inlet anglers today.
Tautog season goes to six fish at fourteen inches tomorrow. I hope the sea conditions allow anglers to catch some tautog.
Do remember, no stripers in your possession while outside the three mile limit. That means don't catch a couple of bass in the morning and throw them in the fish box and scoot offshore outside the three miles to get on a wreck. It's not where you caught them, it's where you are when you have them.
We sold a ton of clams today. If the clam boats work tomorrow, our next delivery should get here before we run out.
