Saturday & Sunday April 10-11, 2010 /\/\/\ 1:28pm
We forgot to post a report for Saturday. Bright sunshine during the day is making the bite slower for striped bass, but we did have one 11.6 lbr weighed in yesterday caught in the morning and today we had a couple of weigh-ins that were also caught in the A.M.. Bluebird days like this, the stripers tend to bite better at night - all that sunshine makes them spooky.

Heard another report of some small black drum at the point. There are some monster eels being caught at night. As of yesterday we were STILL getting reports of catfish from the Graveling Point area the night before, which is surprising since the freshwater has to have cleared out by now. Perhaps they are being stubborn since they've found a food source there?
