Action at the point is spurty. It's a mix of quite and then bursts of activity. The one bass weighed in this afternoon was 10.1 pounds 30" caught by Rob Palmer.
There were a few anglers gearing up for the opening day of Trout Season at 8:00am tomorrow morning. Tuckerton Lake had quite a few trout added over the past couple of weeks. A couple of folks watched the hatchery trucks releasing the trout, so they really are in there. Folks looking to get in on trout fishing prizes should head on up to Spring Lake or down South to Birch Grove Park Pond in Northfield. The towns go all out on promoting fishing tomorrow.
