Drumfish! Well how about that for good news. ( see e-mail below )
Not a lot to report today due to a lack of folks coming back through the store this afternoon. One angler reported three shorts before 7:00am; no feedback from anyone else though.
The RFA and other clubs have agreed to do a fishermans clean up on Earth Day April 22, and in other areas the Saturday after, which is April 24th. I felt that 6:00pm would be a good time to do a walk-about down at Graveling Point, Ohio Drive and Iowa Court. I will personally be somewhere in that area and supply buckets, bags, brown jersey gloves and whatever else comes to mind for a pick up that evening. Anyone willing to volunteer, please give me a call at (609) 296 1300 so I can add you to the list. E-mail responses also welcome ( mail@scottsbt.com Subject EarthDay clean up ). Depending on the number of folks, it shouldn't take more then an hour as anglers have been pretty good at staying on top of the trash. We just might have to dig a little deeper into the weeds to get the less then commonly walked areas where garbage may have collected. Lets hope for good weather as there is no rain date at this time.
