Wind and rain and a swell from a hurricane moving up the coast paint a pretty depressing fishing picture for anyone that wanted to get another day of seabass fishing and fluke fishing before the end of the seasons.
Overly threatening weather has kept anglers at the docks.
All is quiet except for the crabbing which has been doing quite well.

Fished a singular wreck in 90' of water off of Atlantic City. The diversity of fish species in one spot was amazing. We caught shark (dogfish), skate, 2 types of eel, bergall, sea bass, black fish, fluke, bluefish, blowfish, porgies, croaker and a weak fish. In total we hooked over eighty fish. One of the sea bass was over 20". The most amazing thing was no sea robins!
