Well I was just fun fishing yesterday so I waited out the rain and the wind. Once the wind laid down a little bit I left with a crew of three bill,norm, norm jr and was going to my one spot but got a call from a friend who had a few so I went there, marked the crap out em great marks every thing you would want. so I get on the hook, the tide was still turning and we were waiting out the swing, got going on the out going and nothing for the rest of the day nothing. had the marks the baits were good everything was perfict. the just didnt want to bite. Also the bite was on the incoming for those that caught.
well I ran out of bait so I went in around 630 or so and got more from OF THE HOOK!!!! because chuck rocks.
I left to go back out but the wind started to come on a little. After seeing all those great marks I wasnt taking no for an answer.
so me and vinny are heading out in a calm wind get to the ferry and its honkin man WTF!!!!
turn around and now going to try the ocean front nope blowing to hard from the souwest.
oh well the fish are starting to show up. seemed to me the incoming had the cooler temp this time.

with all this wind. Got out Friday(played hookee

),plenty of marks of big fish

,only one taker, 29"er

yeah this damn wind is tough for everyone. gonna blow hard this weekend,
congrats on that fish you got.

Kobey,
I know we had a charter set up for Sat and ask them to change to Sun because of the wind for Sat, now it's going to blow 20 on Sun. too! Oh well! What are you going to do! Hopefully we can get them out and catch something for them!

Paul,
I had one for sunday and cancled due to the blow.I was out friday night from 9 to 5 am fished the outgoing with nothing got the swing and fished the incoming had two pick ups but they droped it pretty quick and vinny also had two pick ups but the fish quickly droped the bait also. we had two day old frozen bunker.... it was all vinny had due to the fact that it was a last ditch decision to go and nothing was open to buy some fresh. Ahh the joy of striper fishing. wind came on pretty good around 3:30 then droped out at 5:30 on my way home, almost turned around to get some fresh and go back out but I could hardly keep my eyes open from being up for 24hrs.

I know that feeling well!
I just got off the phone with the charter and they want to give a try even though it's going to be pretty snotty in the morning. I hope it drops off early! I'll let you know how we make out!
