Sandy Hook and Raritan bay fluke 6-20-09..TATES ENTRY..
Despite the forcast of drowning flooding rains, fished with my buddy Mike.... Thank you XM weather, what a great investment.... kept us safe ......
Fished outside the hook on the north end of the reef.... dragged live herring on the outskirts of some favorite snags... slow day as power drikfting for us was a must.... but we did manage 8 keepers 4 of which went 4.5 , 6.8 , 7.5 , and 8.7 lbs.
Tide didnt matter as the bite was slow on both ends... herring was the bait....
