sandy hook bay marina

Looking for some feed back on Sandy Hook Bay Marina such as is there a strong current that would cause docking issues.
Also, is there timely and quality service from the Yahama guy on site?
Thinking about taking a slip and trying to understand the pros and cons.

Good location. Doesn't rip terribly there. Yamaha guy is Gateway up the river a bit. Heard mixed reviews about their service. Average price per foot over there is $120-$150. You can pay around $100 if you move up the river a bit into the Sea Bright area.

I'm currently down by the Rt 36 bridge and the current rips. I'm looking for a slip where I can dock w/o having to time the tides.
