Today I towed my ski to Lynhaven Inlet in Virginia Beach and dropped at Crab Creek Boat ramp around 0730hrs. It was a little sloppy with seas at 3-5 foot but it laid down a little later in the morning. I fished around the 1st island of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. I caught a couple of Tautog around some pilings of the bridge using live fiddler crabs for bait. Then I made several drifts along the rocks casting live spot. I caught 7 Striped Bass, a couple were thin and sickly but the rest looked fine. They ranged in size from 24-32 inches. I am glad the wind let up enough to get out some this weekend. Here are some pictures I took. The sunrise and windsurfer were off of my house, it was blowing 35-40 on Saturday and the guy looked like he was having fun.
