Risky Business STRIPER report 11/3/4/5 GREAT BITE CONTINUES!!
Tuesday:
I had Mike and his wife out chunking the bay for Stripers. Upon arrival and getting the anchor set we were the only boat in this particular spot so things looked good. I got the rods out and by the time I got to the fourth one the first one was running and it was on. The fishing for the rest of the day was just like that had a hard time keeping a bait in the water. The highlight of the day however was mikes wife catching the biggest fish of the day at 35 pounds on the scale. She hooked it and fought it right to the net...well done! The action was nothing short of spectacular all day and, WOW! what a beautiful day it was out there. I will add pics later or mike may add some.
Weds:
Had Tom Murphy and his group out for the same thing and, well, there were a few more boats but that didnt hamper the bite one bit. It was a carbon copy of Tuesday catching our limit of 12 in short order with the biggest going 36 pounds. Most fish were 25 to 30 pounds and some smaller rats but again it was a super nice day to be out fishing. Tom has the pics.
Thursday:
I couldnt pass up this great fishing we are having in the bay right now so a friend of mine invited me out. we fished the incoming and had our limit before the slack tide then came in, got half way in turned around and went back for some C & R. Set back up and caught a few more then called it a day. again a nice day in the bay with great fishing and great weather.
All fish were caught on heads water temp dropped a couple degrees.
