Riptide Bait and Tackle report 11-20

[Fishing Report]

Ken Parnell said it was to rough for the boat so he through a bunker head at the South end of the island and hit a nice 22 pounder off the surf. Ken said has saw many fish being caught at the jetty and surrounding area. Big blues are mixed in with the bass also. The wind is laying down and the weekend is going to be great.

We have had 15-20 weigh-ins over the past couple of hours. The bunker are ALL over and the bass and blues are devouring them. Most of the bass are in the 20 pound range and the blues are up to 12 pounds. The bite has been GREAT but who knows how long it will last??? I would love to keep typing but I have to go weigh another fish in. Perfect fishing conditions and the fish are cooperating......What else could you ask for??

Even Tom Cavanough is fishing now...maybe he will catch a fish I heard ya

Jennifer Arellano is making the Womens Surf Fishing Team proud as she just nailed a nice 19lb 4oz striper on a bunker head. It was here personal best and she's going back for more!!! Lets keep this party ROCKIN!!!!!!!


Just weighed in a FAT 43" 34 pound striper caught off the surf using bunker by Jack Callaghan with a little help from his son Chris. Non-stop action alllllllllll daaaaaaayyyyyyyy looooong!!!! Hey Pissburgh Joe are you still not reading the reports??? Wish you were here 30+ weigh-ins in a day might be a new record?? What will Sunday bring us? Mr Smith is working the waters as we speak to load us up with more bunker...... This is the fun time of the Fall when the weather is perfect and the fishing is unbelievable.
