Another hot weekend but not as bad as last weekend. We have a NW wind that is trying to keep the air temps down. The water temp has gone up to about 76 out front and the fishing continues to be OK. Flounder have are still in the back bays, inlets, and surf as we here of many keepers going home for dinner. Homer has left the Island so maybe the fishing will REALLY turn on!!! Tom Tucker weighed in a nice 8 pounder caught in his boat the other day using chartreuse 4" gulp. All the gulp work but still certain anglers swear by one color or another. Andy Smith weighed in a 20 inch flounder off the surf to be the first to weigh-in for the Riptide Summer Fishing Tournament.

Thanks and Good Luck
