Return from Italy to specktackuly
well not really- lol- got back late saturday night/early sundy minus my luggage (naturally). Hadnt been in a while, caught a few decent fish before I left week before last an I was itchen to go again. So after going by the airport tracking down my luggage (supposed to be in at 2230 tonight! yaaa), going by VB general to pre-register for anal intrusion next week (cant wait
), and trying to redeem my left over euros with no success, i get out for the end of the incoming tide inside Lynnhaven Inlet. Called and got my bud Dennis to ride with me and off we went. Put on my favorite Mirro-lure and it didnt take long before I had a couple in the boat- fished about 2-3 hours and lost 4 more. (what is it that with 3 sets of trebles that the sob's wont hook up but if my thumbs get anywhere near them, im bleeding). Anyway- Darren, I see you and Jim did pretty good inside of Rudee, there are a pretty good class of fish inside of Lynnhaven now also. Thats all I'll say but heres a pic of one 21"/nice 3 pound class fish- [img]

Nice job Miles! Welcome back from Italy! Seems the specs are on...that's all I'll say too. Until they leave.

I can see it now...(unless snaps are food) "Hey Miles, look at that fish chasing bait over there!" "Huh...Where...I didn't see it but I heard a splash after I turned to look..." "Yeh, soon as you turned your head something jumped right over here near the boat" "Have you seen my snaps?" Didn't you just have em dude?" "Yeh, I must be losing it...I had em right before you pointed over there..." ![]() HOLWACHAGOTORILLTHROWEMOVERBOARD

Pretty work Craig. You'll have to give me a lesson on those mirro lures one evening. To this point I have always managed to avoid using them. I did buy a few select colors a couple of years ago just in case.
