Not being able to come up with a better destination, we did the quick turn and headed back out Saturday afternoon, after dropping off the crew from Sportfishermen.com. There were no fewer than 25 boats in the spencer last night...

We had a relatively slow night, boating one yellowfin, and releasing a small sword. I think we missed one fish also. We decided to keep chunking in the morning, as the troll bite has been very slow and many of the boats had left the area by morning. Well, we made the right call. from 7:30-10am we went 6-6 on 70# yellowfin....So in total we came back to the dock wtih 7 nice sized tuna. All of them were about 70#, including the longfin in the picture, which weighed in at 65# dressed.

I see a couple of posts for Thursday night's trip, so I won't repeat, but I do have a photo of the guys and their catch below. Thanks to all for a fun night, even if the fishing was a little slow.

another flat night...seas were great. we had the fish thick behind the boat at 3:00am, but they didn't stay long and we only boated one. we were supposed to run tonight, but are a couple people short I guess, so think we are hanging at the dock....weather looks kinda iffy anyway. might want to try the one below..heard they had some fish down there.
