Open boat for 6 anglers Tuna-Mako Sat June 27 on the 55 Hooked Up 11

We will be running or first open boat charter on Sat June 27, 2009. We can run a 24 hour overnight canyon trip where we troll for Yellowfins in the day and set up for a large canyon size Mako Sharks at night. This would be the trip we prefer as long as the bite on Yellowfins is still going on which it should be and they probably will be getting a little bigger every day now also. We can also do a day Bluefin Tuna trip instead of the overnight canyon trip as it makes no difference to us. Heck we can even run a longer canyon day troll trip where we troll-jig for Bluefins and then run out to the canyons and troll for Yellowfins on the same trip but one of these trips would be about 15 hours. What ever we can put together is fine with us. Costs will be total $2800.00 for the 24 hour trip, $2100.00 for the 15-16 hour true canyon day troll trip which we will run up to 75 miles from Cape May and $1700.00 for the 12 hour Bluefin trip (up to 50 miles from Cape May) which can also be a Bluefin-Mako combo day trip for $1900.00 if the group wants to fish a few hours longer for a Mako Sharks as well as Bluefin Tuna. The price of these trips would all be divided equally among 6 anglers max plus tip for the mate. Jig, Chunk,Troll as we do it all with some of the best tackle you will ever fish with.

Please note: If the best bite is further from Cape May then the distances I mentioned in the previous paragraph I will give the group the oppurtunity to decide if they want to throw in a little extra money to cover the additional fuel costs to go where we need to go for the best bite. We have the speed to easily travel to any canyon within a 80-90 miles from Cape May in just a few hours running time weather permitting and all of this can be decided previous to the trip. Contact us and we can discuss all the various trips personally.

We also have room for a few anglers on July 1 for a reduced price trip that will probably be a 24 hour canyon trip as long as the Yellowfin Tuna are within range. This might turn into a long day troll trip depending on how many are interested in joining us as a party of two now has the boat booked for July 1-2 and looking for a few other anglers to join them and they prefer the 24 hour overnight trip but they will also do day troll trip or a 12 hour inshore Bluefin trip.

The most important thing is we will never go offshore unless we feel there is a very good chance of putting together at least a decent catch of tuna and would rather sit at the dock than take any customers on a long expensive boat ride. The season is just beginning and there are plenty of dates left in the season to get out over the next few months but last year at this time there was both a great bite on Bluefins and Yellowfins and the reports coming in now look very good to date so it is now time to head offshore at the some lowest rates will be offering in the 2009 season.
