Good luck to all of the participants in the DMS Surf Fishing Tournament this weekend!!

Looks like we'll have good weather. We have fresh bunker at this moment. Fresh finger mullet has become scarce. Better call ahead on those.

Small blues on the beach and a good mix of small stripers, flounder and kings. The tournament is on the Cape so the DSSP beaches will be wide open!! Come on down.

Togging in the Inlet is good. We have live green crabs. Call ahead about fleas.

Bluefish are coming in on the incoming tide in the Inlet. Night time striper fishing has been good. Our crew feasted for lunch on a 34" caught by Eddie Heite. Walter D had a 30". Even Buddy R had a keeper. You know they must be here if he landed one.

13th Annual Delaware Seashore Fall Surf Fishing Classic Wrap Up and Results

280 anglers participated in the tournament over the weekend. The weather cooperated on Saturday but turned ugly on Sunday. There were plenty of small fish around. Blues, kings, stripers, flounder and even some weakfish and pompano.

The big news on Saturday was that Dennis Utz not only landed a 44 inch red drum on 3R's Road, he later landed a 45" red!! Needless to say it was the biggest fish of the tournament.

A total of 32 anglers scored fish and all were awarded prizes.
