INDIAN RIVER INLET FISHING REPORT
November 4th, 2010

Sorry for the delay in posting the report. Just got back from a trade show.

Reminder:

Flounder season is closed in Delaware waters through the end of the year.

Good tog fishing reported in the Inlet. Live green crabs!!

The striper bite is good during the daytime. White bucktails with white worms are doing the trick. With this rain, try using a yellow warm if the water is dirty. Incoming tide has been the best time to fish.

Trolling Stretch 25's and using live spot has been working well at night from the boats. Live eels and black plugs are effective from the rocks.

Not much to report from the beach yet. Small blues. We did here that the big stripers have hit the beach in mid Jersey. So they are on the way!!

Note: The Old Inlet webmaster will be on vacation next week. Look for an updated report on Saturday, November 13. In the mean time call 302-227-7974 for up to the minute fishing news. Ask for Eddie!!
