Old Grounds Report for Friday 8-19-05

Headed out of Cape May Friday to fish the Old Grounds for some flounder. On the way out seas were 2-3' buy the time we headed in they were a steady 6-8. A little rough but we did manage 10 keepers from 18" to 29" a couple of keeper ling and a couple of keeper seabass. Not many throw backs. but we did end up with a nice bag of meat each. Need 12 ounces to hold bottom even using power pro.

No we were off on our own. Using squid skirt fluke belly tipped with minnows.
