NJ Off the Hook B&T Report 8/7/05

Well the last couple have days have brought some bigger and better fish to the weigh station.

We saw some nice flounder come in from the Cape May Reef by the crew from the Deliverance and the Mickey Finn.

Deliverance crew

Mickey Finn's Pat & Al

George and Charlie once again weighed in a heavy fish, but this time it was a 6.5 lb Stargazer! They caught this right inside the Cape May Inlet.

Offshore we've had some nice mahi and tuna along w/the first longfin brought to our dock this year!

Logan on Black Pearl caught his first tuna, a bluefin from the East Lump.

Sweet Caroline's crew caught twin mahis, 15 and 15.5 lbs, @ the Sea Isle Ridge

Capt. Lenny on One More Cast brought back two longfins (one weighing in @ 40.5lbs), one yellowfin, and some mahi from the Alligator Bite.

Caveman Sportfishing brought back 6 yellowfin in the 40-70 class range along w/hook-ups w/white marlin & wahoo in the Baltimore/Wilmington area
