OCMD Jigging 12/12
After finding the Worldcat stuck in the mud at high tide, we decided to take the 17' edgewater out for some jigging. We made our way up the beach and tight in we had a smooth ride. About 7 miles north we spotted what looked to be some birds working....made our way out to them and sure enough there was a nice blitz. We were doubled up for an hour and didn't have to chase birds too much as the bottom was loaded with bass. When we did cast into the birds we got nothing but blues, but jigging braid slammers on the bottom was producing some nice bass, as were white BT with green twister. The Water was 52.8 and it should only get better.

No. We had over 50 bass, and there were so many that were right at 28 it wasn't even funny. With DNR being so fussy I make sure they're over 30" We kept a 30" 35" 36" thats more than enough meat for us.....rock tacos are the best
