Daily Fishing Report From Captain Bobby Quinn

9-18-11 Lumpy ocean to say the least out there again today.To fast to drift so we had to anchor up to catch some fish.Made two stops and got most a nice blackfish to go home with,they were chewing good.Saw some throwback sea bass and a couple of nice triggerfish.Got the day in,but it was uncomfortable out there.Hopefully it lays down some tonite.See ya tomorrow.

9-17-11 We had a good breeze out of the Northeast early today,made it a bit lumpy most of the day.Drifting was difficult and made fishing to say the least.Only had some short fluke most of the morning.By lunch time we decided to anchor up and make it a little easier for everyone to fish and had fish on pretty quick.Some real nice sea bass came over the rail which we had to throwback,but the blackfish were chewing immediately as you put a crab down.It was lock and load again with them and most that new what to do got a nice keeper to go home with.Tomorrow is questionable with the winds a bit harder but we shall see in the morning what it looks like.

9-16-11 We only had a few people show up to fish,guess the cool weather scared most away.Shame because it was a really nice day to get out.We took the handful we had out anyway and spent the morning drifting for some flukes.We did catch some,had maybe three keeper fluke along with a dozen or so shorts.Not good,but we did catch some.Then we anchored up to try something a bit different cause I was in the need to kill some fish,and I was not dissapointed.We had some crabs onboard and in short time the blackfish were flying in the boat.As fast as you could get a crab to the bottom you were getting nailed.Bobby Kojac limited the boat out in about half an hour.We released a large number of Togs back to see another day.Along with that we had some nice triggers,a keeper Striped Bass,and the bluefish were wrecking anything that swam near the boat.It was like National Geographic channel,pretty cool stuff.Even five pound blackfish were not safe from the blues!!Tomorrow is looking nice,give me a call if you want to come slay some fish!!!!!See ya in the morning.
