    That's a good question?

    OC Flounder 4/10

My neighbor came in with his limit last evening. I got out for about 45 minutes and had a few bites and caught one at 16"s. Probably going to give it a shot later today. There is a rumor going around that the new regs for MD don't go into effect until June. I went on the DNR website and it specifically stated the new limits are effective 1 April, 08. Hopw I have agreat report later today!!!

    Nice fish!
I had the day off yesterday and trolled around the route 90 bridge for stripers. Someone was there drifting around the bridge and had caught at least 4 flounder before we even had a bite. They caught a few more (several of them keepers) before we left. Makes me wish i would have brought minnows. Ended up having a decent day with four fish so it wasn't dissapointing.

We have caught them before like the round one with the round tail and they called them windowpanes cause they have a reel clear body that you can all most see through . may by its not what the guys in NJ call winter ones but we have caught this type when we were perch fishing with grass shrimp and worms . So if some knows what they let me know .
