    3/24/09 for winter and fluke. All reg are in affect from 2008 until new reg are posted. Hope this helps

    March 23 a few dates and size limits/ limit amounts have changed since 08 so check back later in the month for an updated list, that is typically when the NJ fish and game site updates this information, any tackle shop would also know if you called them to check.
