NJ Charter and Party Boat reports 7-09-10
Golden Eagle fishing report,
July 8th 2010
The Bluefishing has been excellent with the exception of a few trips where the fish got a bit picky. We have had to travel some to get into them, but once we are on the grounds, the fish have bit well.
Day trips are producing 8-12 pound choppers on jigs and bait. Night blues trips have been taking large blues on bait for the most part. We have been traveling well South and East if the inlet to get on them.
We will be changing our fall fishing schedule by eliminating the Canyon Tuna Trips this year and running special Bonita & Bluefin trips to the Mud hole and other locations. Some Deep wreck Cod trips are in the plans as well! Watch for the new schedule!
June 30th
There has been some excellent Bluefishing on both day and night blues trips!
Blues to 12 lbs or so are being taken on both jigs and bait during the day and action has been almost non-stop on bait at night!
Get in on some of this action!
There are still spots left for the July 3rd Fireworks Cruise to Red Bank and the July 4th Macy's Fireworks Cruise. Take the family for a special night out and see the fireworks from the best seats in the house!
Watch for our Tuna Schedule later this week!

Outgoing tide with a light southerly breeze gave us the perfect drift.
Several fish from 3 to 7.2 pounds.

John Froelich brought his Bucktail show again today landing 9 beautifull fish.
Last season John had 3 limits and several 5 fish days!

Norma K Fleet Fishing Report, Point Pleasant, NJ, 7-09-10
Norma-K Fleet Fishing
July 8, 2010
In the past couple of days, we have seen an improvement in the Fluke fishing. A lot of shorts and some keepers been coming up everyday with the pool fish ranging from 4-7lbs every trip. Anglers using whole squid have been catching more keeper fish than shorts.
Bluefishing is still very good. We had one slow night (Tuesday) where it was tough to find them. However, we managed to put a small catch together by the end of the night out to the SE of where we been fishing. Other than that night, it's been very good with all fish ranging from 8-15lb range.
