We were out again today with better luck. Tried the new planner boards for the first time. I didn't want to try it the weekend of opening day due to the number of boats. We ended up with 2 30" rock before we had the whole spread out (between 9:30 - 10:00 am). We picked up another short fish around 2:00 pm. Both fish hit white parachutes with 6" black shad. The short hit a chartruse tandum bucktail. We fished just north/east of 83 to Bloody Point.
Great work Tim. We were out trying for the afternoon bite in the same location with minimal success. I think we saw Bimini having some success in the same area. I am going to try again later this week.
