This morning on the Tropical Adventure we filled in for the Miss Belmar Princess who was privately chartered. Things started out a little slow on our first stop and we moved the boat to another location and then the bite was on. We had a steady pick of blues with 4-6 on weighing 8-12 lbs. We had blues biting on jigs, bunker, chunks and sardines.

Our pool winner was Mike Lachman with a 14lb striper.

September 30th, 2011

We had a private charter aboard Miss Belmar this morning for Cisco Systems. Captain Lenny Forsyth reported we fished 12 miles East of the inlet near the edge of the mud hole picking away at 4-12 lb blues. It was good at times with 4-6 on catching them with bait lines and on jigs. It was a really nice day and the weather is looking good for the weekend.

September 29th, 2011

Captain Lenny Forsyth reported it was slow fishing today compared to yesterday. We had a small crowd and the weather was not on our side. We fished 12 miles East of the inlet picking away at the blues but they kept coming and going. We were catching them on both bait and jigs and they ranged anywhere from 5-11 lbs.

Our pool winner was Dock Lamb from Doylestown, PA with a 11.5 lb blue.
