Another slaughtering of the blues today aboard Miss Belmar! Captain Lenny Forsyth took us 15 miles NE of the inlet. We chummed and chunked starting fish instantly holding 3-10 on all day with the majority of the blues ranging 8-15 lbs. Both jigs and bait worked, whatever you wanted. The only thing better than the fishing today was the weather and it is looking beautiful for the entire weekend. Rick Vescovie, Jan Blythe, Pedro Silva from Rosedale, MD and Fabian Pafur from Keyport, NJ all limited out.



Our pool winner today was George Zimnes with a 16 lb blue who also had his limits.

October 6th, 2011

Super slaughter fishing aboard Miss Belmar today! Captain Lenny fished on the beach for a few drifts and we picked away. Then he ran 15 miles NE of the inlet, anchored up and we had fish stacked up on the hill. We had numerous fish on while we were anchoring chumming and chunking holding 3-7 on most of the day. The blues ranged anywhere from 5-15 lbs. Customers were able to catch on both bait and jigs, whichever they preferred, and to top it off the weather was beautiful.


Our pool winning fish was an 18 lb blue.
