Today, Captain Lenny ran offshore 17 miles E of the shark river inlet. We anchored up and chummed with plenty of readings 40-70 feet down. Picked away all day on jigs and bait holding 2-7 fish on most of the day. The blues ranged anywhere from 4-12 lbs. Eric Vannorde from Ocean, NJ limited out.

Our pool winner was a tie between Ray Berlin from Monroe, NJ & Reggie Barnes from Asbury Park, NJ with a 12 lb 6 oz blue.

Friday night Captain Scotty fished out east again. Once we got tight on the anchor we started catching fish immediately. We had steady fishing the rest of the night holding 5-8 on ending the night with customers having the average of 5 a man. Few limits were had.
Our pool winning fish was a 17 lb blue.

Today, Captain Lenny fished 18 miles East of the inlet. Anchored up and chummed and chunked. It took a little while to get them started but we read fish 30-40' thick. We ended up catching on jigs and bait. There were numerous limits around the boat and it was a gorgeous day at sea.

Our pool winning fish was a 12.5 lb blue.
