Stop the presses.......hold everything.............. this just in..........

Today Sunday Oct.23. the Miss Beach Haven once again had a charter with the great group from Rutgers University, with their special permit to catch, tag and release black seabass......and what a day. Great weather a fun group, and did I mention seabass. We caught in just short of four hours. over three hundred fish, that's 300 seabass. Ok I won't even mention the trigger fish, croakers, and black fish that came over the rails.
So now, we are more then chomping at the bit waiting for Nov. 1 to come along. Don't forget we leave the dock at 7am. Those of you who have kept up with our reports know if fishing is ugly I say so, well after todays showing maybe the seabass will make up for the poor fluke season.
