Middle and Lower Bay Strike Out

My father in law Fred is visting me from Altamont Missouri so I took him out on my Grady White yesterday and this afternoon. We departed my house in Poquoson Virginia yesterday morning and went across to Cape Charles looking for some Stripers. We trolled for a while and saw no bait or birds so we headed to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel where we fished with live spot around the third and fourth island with no luck. Called it an early day and was back home by middle of the afternoon. This afternoon we went out and trolled around York Spit Light and the mouth of York and Poquoson River till dark, again no bait or birds or fish. Still had a good time with great company and I am confident I will put Fred on some fish while he is here. Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday and today.

hey brian we were out there on sun. also it was tuff we ended up with 4 from 19 to 26 in. and lost a whole lot of lead. saw u over the tube we were the black seacraft cudy . all fish were caught in the morning the tide was screwed up, ran out all day.
