Mate

My name is Skippy Clary, I am 18 years old and I have been mating for my father on a 30 foot grady white for many years now. We fish a long week in the winter in the keys. I fished with the G.M Giant in the WMO 2 years ago. I am looking for a chance to mate on a charter boat, I could work all next summer season and this season I can go out any time to learn or be a second mate or just help out. Our Boat is located at White Marlin Marina so i have access to all the marina. If anyone could help me on how to go about finding a boat that would help alot.

Good luck, Skip. I work part-time as a mate on a charter boat in OC, MD. I'm also a WMC alum (back when it was Western Maryland College). I'll keep you in mind if I see any opportunities.

i mate on skip's(not you) bait and tackle which is in white marlin marina.... 28 ft mako at the south end. just walk the docks and talk to the captains...good luck
