Manasquan River train bridge frozen

Capt. Jim Freda tried to get offshore with his Shore Catch from Point Pleasant today, but never got out of Manasquan River because the train bridge was stuck in the down position due to ice. Anyone wishing to fish out of that inlet should check first to ensure that the icing problem has been overcome before heading down there.
