Late Report 2/3
Want to give my crew a big @$$ thumbs up today! What a crew they worked there ares off to bag a limit of feesh. My crew today was John (the original jackass) John (partime) and Jodie. Guys what a pleasure fishing with you. Dennis we missed you for sure . We left crab creek on time today. No Jack and Coke hangover by the Capitan today. Headed South hoping to find gold. but stopped at Cape Henry on some nice marks and a lot of bait. We trolled the area for about 2 hours without a sniff. Talked to C-Note and they had been doing the same as us. Dragging bait without a sniff. Surfperch1 Kevin called me and put me on a bite north around Smith Island. Thanks Kevin. We got there about 9:30 am and started the troll. People were picking up bites all day long but not hot and heavy. Except for Kevin and Chris thanx Chris. Water was 43.12 when we got there and 44.66 when we left at 2:00 pm. We managed to scrap out a limit and we worked our ares off for them. We zigged zagged and whatever for the bites that we got. Mojo and tomic were our baits of choice. There was no specific color at all. We got lucky is all I can say. I would like to thank my great crew for an enjoyable day on the water.
Sorry if I forgot anyone. HOW ABOUT THOSE GIANTS. HAIL TO THE DOLPHINS! __________________
