Katydid Fishing Report

[Five4Fighting]

06-20-11 Today we ventured offshore tuna fishing. The action started early and stayed consistent all day. We finished out the day with 11 yellowfins up to 46lbs out of 16 caught, 2 mahi up to 14lbs, and a dozen skipys.



06-22-11 We went offshore again today. The action was fast and none stop. With well over 40 tunas caught for the day we returned to the dock with 18 keeper tunas. Two however, were eatin by a 250 plus lb. hammerhead while being cranked in. Thanks again to all for a great effort had by all!






06-26-2011 today we stayed in shore and fished for flounder. We ended the day with boat limit of flounder up to 8 pounds.





06-27-11 Today we were offshore again. Action was steady all day. Brought back a boat limit of 21 Tunas. We also had our first White Marlin Release of the year!
