Jingles Bait and Tackle report Beach Haven 7-31
FISHING REPORT
Sun July 31st
This morning the water temp is 80 along with a NE wind and air temp of 79.
With the warmer water we got reports of large sharks being caught on the beach last night. Cow nose rays are also being hooked and fought.
We have been selling a lot of blood worms for the king fish and are now getting reports of what maybe croakers in the surf.
More reports of fluke from the inlet.
Sat July 30th
Nothing new to report today. The fluke fishing in the ICW continues to be good. Lots of fish with a few keeper fluke. The inlet had a good share of shorts today also.
Kingfish are still the main fish on the beach with a few people trying for fluke.
The offshore boats had some tuna today with most being in the 40 pound range. A few dolphin and some long few were caught today also along with a lot of whilte marlin releases.
After having a hard rain last night that lasted about 20 minutes we woke up to a refreshing morning with a NW wind about 10 and the air temp 75. The ocean is 77. Don't get use to it because it is going to warm up.

I bet if you are a person that sleeps on their boat you were awakened this am by one of the 66 boats fishing the Beach Haven Tournament today. We wish them luck.
