Hey guys, this is my last report of the year we simply have too few fisherman left to gather much info. Friday we had boats fishing the rips hard with limited success. The fish were mostly of the smaller variety and abundant nowhere. The Del bay is full of dogfish and if the bass are there they aren't biting.
There are still big blues at the 5 fathom bank. The best way to get them is trolling either Stretch plugs or umbrella rigs if you drop a jig down the dogfish are all over it .There are bass there also as well as at the Sea Isle Ridge not legal to keep but fun.
Taug are still thick on CM reef but may move even deeper as the temp drops.
The CM offshore rockpile held some beautiful seabass for guys that made the 60 mile run to get there Fri. and Sat. There are Party boats who are trying to run some offshore trips if they can. I believe the Starlight and the Bodacious are both going to try before it closes.

Well, thanks for all your help guys hope everybody has a wonderful holiday attached is a picture of some fat ******* trying to get Santa Claus (Paul Bodkin) hooked on fishing.
Merry Christmas, Matt
