INDIAN RIVER INLET FISHING REPORT
February 4th, 2012

Wow!! Hard to believe that we need to post a fishing report on the first weekend in February!

They are still picking up some stripers in the Indian River Inlet. Longlining with deepwater flies is the most effective method. The last part of the outgoing tide is good on sunny days when the bay water has been heated by the sun.

A couple of stripers reported from the Fenwick beach last Thursday.

There are schools of stripers about a mile off the beach from Bethany south to Assateague.
