United We Fish Rally on the Capitol Steps in Washington, DC Scheduled for February 24, 2010. Old Inlet and the Delaware Fisherman's Alliance have chartered a bus to take a group of concerned fishermen to this event.

Space is limited and available to the first 48 that sign up. Cost is $20 for DFA members and $22 a person for non-members. Bus departs from Old Inlet on February 24 at 9am. The rally is from Noon til 3pm. Returning to Old Inlet at approximately 6pm.

Bring a box lunch. No alcohol or glass containers on the bus. The bus is equipped with a restroom.

Fishing Report!!

Mild temps forecasted for the nexy few days. No reports of any fish lately, but there will likely be a few people trying for winter stripers in the inlet. The most effective method will probably be longlining pink flies.

Tautog fishing in the Inlet is pretty much done. But, the ocean is flat as a pancake making that trip to the offshore wrecks for tautog a good idea!

Frozen green crabs and frozen sandfleas area available.

Our winter store hours are 8am-4pm Monday thru Saturday and 8am-3pm on Sundays. One note - if the weather gets absolutely cruddy (snow or coastal flooding from a northeaster) we will not be open that day. Your best bet is to call ahead. 302-227-7974
