The bite is back and it is bigger!

Plenty of Bass caught yesterday and a lot of bigger fish in this mix! The best of the day went to Frank Hogeland with a 38 lb Bass he took with a Grumpy Clam! We had a couple that broke the 20 lb mark and a bunch in the teens. Big Blues were also in the mix so make sure you have steel leaders with you. We had fish coming in all day without regard to time or tide but it seemed that the sundown and later bite really picked up last night. Check out the weigh-in list for details on the assortment of bait/lures the produced the desired results.
Not even the weather idiots are trying to rain on this parade - Sunny. Highs around 50. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
We got a new load of Super Strikes yesterday. That will be the last shipment for the season so get em now if you want em. More new stuff is arriving daily. I was able to get a pair of Penn 114HSP wire line reels that were made in the USA! From now on they will all be made in West Jabip or someplace else beyond our borders. First up, best equipped on this one.
Mike keeps on about me being old when he is right behind me and gaining fast! His wild oats turned into prunes and all-bran a while ago!
