Yesterday, we had more of those mystery Bass that guys see go into the box but they never get to the scale. We heard of a lot of shorts from guys that had a ball with them. From what I heard, there were dinner sized bass too. Artificials and bait were getting the job done and we just got in loads of Fresh Clams and Fresh Bunker.
The weather idiots didnt put much effort into this one - Mostly sunny and breezy. Highs in the lower 40s. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph.
We have just received a very limited supply of ′Grumpy approved′ Christmas Hats! Once they are gone, they are gone!
After years of careful observation, it seems that Mike is walking up the down escalator of life!

Yup, we still have Bass!
We had some nice Bass on the scale yesterday and while there wasn′t a lot of them, there also wasn′t a lot of fishermen either! Unless we get some crazy weather, I expect to see Bass for quite a while yet. Dress for the weather and go get lucky.

The Polar Bear Bass Tournament starts on New Years Day and runs until April Fools Day! A whole whopping $10 entry fee gets you a chance to win CA$H and prizes. There are plenty of decent weather days all winter when you would like to be fishing anyway and we do have a resident Bass population. Sure does beat a severve case of cabin fever! Entry forms are in the store!
Want a bushel of Clams to salt for your winter fishing? We are getting our last load of fresh clams for the season so get em now.
New stuff from PENN - Alliance rods & the full line of Fathom conventional reels. We also got another load of the very popular Battle spinning reels.
Lots of stuff on sale for you Christmas shoppers including some Tica surf combos and about 15 different reels from companies you may have heard of like Abu Garcia, Penn and Shimano. Come and take advantage of us.
This just in from weather wacko central - Mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid 40s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
Be nice to Mike - he has a terrible empty feeling, in his skull.

OK, Back to fishing!
Yesterday was about what I expected, the weather was totally miserable and we had an extreme shortage of fishermen. We get back to seasonal weather today, including that lovely westerly wind that has done us good all fall. We had fish before the blow, and I expect we will have fish after it too.
The weather idiots have calmed down quite a bit - Sunny. Much cooler with highs in the lower 40s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
Another shipment of stuff arrived yesterday. Lots of boxes to open so we will try to get it all out by sundown today!
Mike is a well balanced person. He has a soft heart and a head to match.
