The doom & gloom boys are in their glory today! Plenty of snow for them to exagerate about. I came to work (on time) via rt 37 and rt 9 and they were snow covered but nicely plowed (amazing). They say more is on the way (like I need more than the 5" already on the ground) and the wind will kick up what is already here - Periods of snow this morning...tapering to scattered snow showers this afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches. Very windy with highs in the upper 20s. North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Chance of snow near 100 percent.
I rather doubt we will see any beach goers today but we are open as usual.
Mike and I head for the Wahoo Tournament tomorrow. We will have to deal with a 70 degree temperature change but we will handle it somehow. We will be slaving away testing new rods to make sure they perform to our standards. No need to thank us, it is just part of the job, but it would be nice if someone would shovel out my driveway while we are gone.
