We have had a good stretch of weather enabling us to get in a bunch of trips so here's the highlights. The following groups all had tog limits: Bernie Smelstoys and the wife's Steve Stacharowski and family Scott Kneer and friends including an 8 lb 4 oz for Daulph Kline Alex Levantowsky and crew including a 10 lb 4 oz release for Bob Wittie Dan Turnbaugh and Pat Sean Simms and friends Karl Reed , family, and friends including and 8 lb 8 oz release for Karl Reed Pete Melnytk and friends Jeff Lauer ,family and friends Alex Levantowsky and crew finished the tog season off yesterday We fished two black drum trips as well. Courtney Garpoli and friends joined for an afternoon trip on a day that they had produced excellent catches during the morning hours. We arrived on scene marked the fish but no takers then looked around a couple spots and finally got one drum at the end of the trip. That next morning was Jeff Lauer and crews first of two morning trips and we went up the bay hoping the drum would bite in the morning again. This trip could be described as drum catching as we harvested a box full of fish up to 741/2 lbs for Jeff himself and release eight as well for a total of nineteen on the morning. We are once again using circle hooks exclusively for these black drum enabling a 100 percent success rate along with easy boat side releases. Congratulations to Jerry West who released a citation sized drum as well. We still have some prime drum fishing dates available so if you would like to get out give us a call! Capt.
