Oct. 27th, 2011

The Golden Eagle sailed today and once again experienced some really good fishing! The big blues were aggressive again today (a little less than yesterday) most fishermen caught multiple big blues on jigs. A handful of Stripers were also boated with several keepers. Weather was not nice and the winds started coming up towards the end of the day.
WE WILL NOT BE SAILING ON THE STRIPERTHON TOMORROW DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.




Oct. 26, 2011

Capt Rich Falcone went after the stripers today and had some success with 5 keeper bass and multiple throw backs, then the blues took over and the Golden Eagle patrons were treated to non stop BIG blues. Everyone aboard had double digit catches according to the crew who never put the gaffs down. Rich concentrated his efforts to big schools of bass and blues not to far north of the inlet! Come on out and get-em!
