Thumbs up Gettin school'd at drumfishing 5/26!

Got out for my 1st ever drumfishing trip on Thursday! In the am we were greeted with wind against the tide conditions, the bay was white. With the improving weather forecast and the ebb only a couple hours away, Capt. John/Admin and myself made the decision to wait it out.

Fished the Delaware side for about 4-5 hours till the bottom of the tide and Capt.John was slaying them. I lost count at about 12. For myself, I only landed 2.
These black drum were a first for me. The light bite and there ability to steal a whole clam off a hook was surprising.
There wasn't another boat around all day, and we packed it up when the fleet of boats started arriving.
It was a great day!!
