Fun Striper Technique with Pics

This is a very fun way to catch stripers, as well as red drum, trout, blues, even Mahi's . It takes Two rubber Worm Hooks, 3' of Flouro, Two tiny spro's, and a light rod. The lures are Bass Assasins but other brands will work. They can be casted into the weeds for drum and specs, as well as tossed towards schooling fish. Also don't break when bounced off the rocks. Any questions I'll be glad to ask. That's VAKingfisher's double in the first pics. This winter I'll show ya'll the double twenty's.








One hook gets a foot, the other gets two. Any questions?

That's the reason I use the flourocarbon and the two swivels rather than one. Seems the combination of the stiffer Flouro and tying both hooks to individual swivels prevents twisting very bad.. I just got back from three hours fishing. Caught over a hundred rocks and blues. Biggest was 24 inches. Many, many double hookups and just 1 tangle. Went through 35 Bass Assassins.

The main line goes into both swivels with the same knot. Each swivel then has it's own piece of flouro. One around 1 foot long after tied to hook. The other should be 2' after tied to the hook. The BA are then rigged weedless. I will snap some better shots of the connection
