Found the nursery - Capt. Tate Entry

My dad called yesterday and wanted to try out the rod I built him for father's day. Said he want to flounder fish around the shore. After fishing a tournament on Saturday, I told him I could go but we'd have to take the wife and kids. He said sure so we all went.
We fish points on the flats off Poquoson and caught several flounder. Only problem was they were 12-13 inch fish. We were casting chartreuse gulp swimming mullets with a 3/8th ounce red lead head. All the fish were caught on these. Below are a few pics. Everyone caught fish but I only took a few photos.

It was a fun trip. Caught 16 flounder in about 2 and 1/2 hours just picking the shore lines. All were released. I hope those flounder grow up and get fat. Like the title says, We found the nursery.
