Flukies Down.... 6-12-08
headed out this morning wit my man BackDoor Billy (BDB) on a search and destroy mission...... Headed to some spots in da Raritan bay that Lab and i checked out the other day and what a difference a tide makes.... My first fish in da box was 4 # and my second one was 7 # ..... BDB was gettin a good ass whoppin in the AM as his head was in the clouds dreaming of Cherries again....lol.... was calling him Mr Wiffle for some time till he finally connected himself with a 7# fish..... had good bites and missed big fish on all locations we visited today which is a good sign..... Bait was strictly Smelts and all fish were deep between the pipes.....along with the 2 - 7#'s we had a dozen between 3 and 6 #'s respectfully......
was fun fishin with BDB as always .... and good getting some MOJO back in time for the upcoming tourney's.... Hopefully I can take it with me as I head down to Cape May tomorrow with Jr to fish in the South Jersey Shark Tourney..... Good Luck this weekend to my Bow Mionkey and Boston Pete......
