FLUKE REPORT 6/24

[Fish Tale Charters]

Don Long and the kids were on board today for some Fluke fishing in the bay. The action started out a bit slow but I went to an edge that has held fish in the past to see if the Flounder had moved back in there and they did. On the first pass 11 year old Conner hooked into our first keeper of the day. Then the girls got into the act and caught a few shorts. Don got on the board by catching a nice keeper. We kept working the same area by taking short drifts. The Fluke were hol up in a small area so by keeping the drift short we were able to stay on the bite. By doing this we had action all the time. The group caught a mess of shorts but Conner was hight hook for the day. He caught 5 of the 6 that we kept. The Fluke ranged in size from 17" to 21". GREAT JOB GANG. Conner you are da man.
