These are Tap-Dancer rigs.Very popular in this area and up north.there are many ways to bait up a rig like this but the most popular is,strip bait of squid,fluke,belly,mackeral,etc.on the ball jig.and your minnowor spearing on the trailer hook

this is a tandum fluke rig,you can put your bait of choice on the skirted hook and a fluke sandwich(spearing &squid combo) on the plain hook.or as shown use a gulp bait on the plain one.

as you can see here lots of guys like to use a bucktail jig or a ball jig of choice where the sinker normally would go.

Gulp baits are the most popular soft plastic lure on the market today.the best selling baits are 3"+4"shrimp in new penny,natural.4"swimming mullet in pink,chart.,pearl.2"peeler crab in new penny,natural.
