Flounder fishing question,

The season closes in New Jersey on friday, The season is open in Delaware until dec 31st. If you have a delaware fishing license, and you go to Delaware to catch flounder, abide by the 19 inch legal limit........Is it illegal to bring the fish back to New jersey? You can hunt in another state and bring it home, is it different for fishing? I'm asking, thanks....ps, I didnt join yesterday just to ask this.

You must leave from a Delaware port and return to a Delaware port. Nice try though!

But what if you lve a del port, return to the del port but drive to jersey? cops says, "where'd these fish come from son"? Ahhhh........i was fishing in del waters. "prove it son"! Ahhhhh....
